Exterior insulation and finish system (eifs) is a general class of non-load bearing building cladding systems that provides exterior walls with an insulated, water-resistant, finished surface in an integrated composite material system. 

This is a great product for the outside of your house or building that provides an insulation r valve. Can be applied over many different substrate. allowing you to go from a old cladding to something new and vibrant.

Stucco or render is a construction material made of aggregates, a binder, and water. Stucco is applied wet and hardens to a very dense solid. It is used as a decorative coating for walls and ceilings, exterior walls, and as a sculptural and artistic material in architecture. Stucco can be applied on construction materials such as metal, expanded metal lath, concrete, cinder block, or clay brick and adobe for decorative and structural purposes.

Plaster veneer (us terminology) or plaster skim (uk terminology) is a construction methodology for surfacing interior walls, by applying a thin layer of plaster over a substratetypically over specially formulated gypsum board base, similar in nature to drywall.

In architecture, a cornice (from the italian cornice meaning "ledge") is generally any horizontal decorative moulding that crowns a building or furniture elementfor example, the cornice over a door or window, around the top edge of a pedestal, or along the top of an interior wall. A simple cornice may be formed just with a crown, as in crown moulding atop an interior wall or above kitchen cabinets or a bookcase.
